Stephanie A. Bradley, Ph.D. Owner and Senior Advisor
Dr. Bradley earned her Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University with emphases on prevention science, adolescent development, measurement, and program evaluation.
Over the course of her work in promoting adoption and scale-up of evidence-based programs, Dr. Bradley's interests have evolved to encompass health and racial equity. By focusing on these issues, she aims to address the broader context of healthy development, and barriers identified by determinants of health models (e.g., political, structural, social). Dr. Bradley works with policymakers to improve policies and programs using approaches grounded in equity and systems change.
All Youth Access (AYA) maintains a network of high-caliber consultants to engage on client projects, as needed. At AYA, we focus our business practices on leveraging our privilege(s) to create access for professionals with marginalized identities and/or life experiences.
